“Spacial” Art Exhibition
The brief was to create a brand identity for SPACIAL, an exciting new exhibition for artists whose work is influenced by contemporary archtitecture in the UK. Three works were selected to become integral parts of the visual identity scheme that easily worked at both small and large scales. The typographic treatment reflected the theme of architecture in it's Bauhaus influenced structure and use of space.
At larger scales it was important that the typography didn't over power, but instead support the aesthetic quality of the work being shown in a sympathetic and integrated way.
The flexibility built into the brand identity system allowed it to work across a wide variety of applications including a hardcover book that showcased each artists work.
